This is a true gem of a hotel in the beautiful, charming old town of Alcudia. Although the hotel is situated a stone's throw from the centre of the old town with all its restaurants, the location is quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are truly great, offering a wide selection of local produce, cheeses, hams, pastries and fresh fruit. Booked a short break without our children and was looking for location, facilities, ambience and touches that make a difference. On arrival we were upgraded from a sea view room to sea view suite and the room was spacious and well appointed. The cleanliness was fine, could be a little better but not a problem. Our board was B&B and no problems with the food choice or quality. Location is fantastic, enough distance from town that you get a little exercise and an all round good experience....

Great apartment used for a base for a weeks cycling. Excellent facilities on site, bike storage, gym, spa, pool. Really quiet poolside, great for bathing, reading + relaxing Staff very friendly and polite, would defiantly recommend and visit again.

The location of this hotel is superb. Across the road from a beautiful sandy beach, where you can hire parasol and 2 loungers for the day. Great restaurants only 10 minute walk away along the well maintained promenade. We will definitely come back soon.

One of the best hotel experiences. Staff was extremely friendly. Location is nice, but renting a car was good idea as it is not very close to town but it’s not too far either. There is a superstore right in front of the hotel. Europcar rental office is also at a walking distance. Room with partial sea view was good. Pool was extremely clean thoroughly enjoyed swimming as there was no overwhelming bleach or chemical smell. Direct access to beach. Beach was shallow, perfect for kids. Only downside...

It was idle place you have everything round you shops wise

We have just returned from a week staying at the Albufera Playa hotel. We were pleased with every single aspect of our visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned beautifully each day. The location of the hotel is excellent - right on the beach, in a nice quiet resort, which was perfect for us. I liked that there was food all the time , indoor restaurant and outside, drinks anytime. Activities were great , lovely for little children , plenty pools The staff , some very helpful some not but maybe can put this down to language barrier My greatest downfall were the little biting insects

The hole experience was great. Polite helpfull staff. Lots to off bar restaurant 3 different pools. The apartments were well equipped. The beds were great. Even the welcome pack that the provide is great. But it's up a steep hill. An that's the only issue I had with the hole complex.

We had booked 5 twin rooms for a cycling holiday and everyone in the group thought the hotel was excellent. The facilities, inc gym, leisure pool and bike garage were perfect. The breakfast had everything you could want inc vegan/vegetarian and Glutten free. This was my second visit and I had forgotten just how good it was. We will all be back.

Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Gloria on reception, a big thank you to her for trying to help me so much with the problem with our transfer. Hotel was quiet so plenty of free sun beds etc. Only thing that needs improvement lent was that the beds in room are very hard. I did read this in another review before booking and thought they would t be that bad but found sleeping difficult and have come home with a very bad back as a result. Exceptional experience staying here for our time in Mallorca. It’s in a fantastic location, close to the main square but it was not noisy. The room was immaculately clean and we loved the furnishings and the way it was decorated. We had everything we needed for self catering. The bed was very comfy and we had fantastic sleeps. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Decoration and amenities top quality and the little touches like homemade sweet treats with turn down were a wonderful touch. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be returning (when the pool is a little warmer)

If you're looking for a very quiet, out of the way location, this should be your choice. The only noise you can hear is the enchanting tinkling of the sheep bells in the distance. Great food (particularly breakfast- freshly squeezed orange every day), and stunning mountain scenery. It is rare to find a hotel where there are more than enough sunbeds for all the guests, and they're mostly the 4-poster double bed size. We will definitely go back to this little hidden gem.
