Newly built villa in modern Mediterranean style on two levels with 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms and large living area.
On the ground floor there is a large and very bright open-space with large windows, giving access to the garden, with kitchen area and dining / living area. The kitchen, consisting of a large and modern island, is very well equipped, has a 5 burner glass cooktop, a large steel sink, electric fan oven, microwave with gril function, dishwasher 14 places, coffee machine pods, and refrigerator with freezer and is equipped with everything necessary from dishes to table linen and any kitchen tool.
On the ground floor there is also a toilet with W. C. and sink where there is also a washing machine.
On the first floor are the two double bedrooms both equipped with a toilet for exclusive use each with W. C., bidet, sink and shower with crystal box. Both rooms have access to a terrace with sea view.
The garden around the villa, very large, has a surface of about 6000 square meters and is planted mainly with ancient olive trees. All around the villa there is a large terraced area equipped with a gazebo, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a comfortable outdoor shower with hot / cold water.
The villa is finely and simply furnished, and is equipped with everything, as well as offering all the comforts including parking on the property, wi-fi, LED TV 55 ", washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron .
Villa Orchidea is located just 1 km from the beautiful town of Castellammare Del Golfo that with its wonderful old town and its marina is a destination for tourists from all over the world, as well as being one of the most beautiful places in Sicily with the its magical Scopello and the famous Faraglioni and with the beautiful Zingaro nature reserve.
Just 2 km away you can reach the huge beach of Alcamo Marina which stretches for over 6 km or the beach of Castellammare del Golfo.
Just 1 km from the Orchidea villa, reach the nearest supermarket, petrol station, bar, pizzeria / restaurant. The Castellammare del Golfo motorway junction is about 2 km away.

Great Villa
VILLA ORCHIDEA is in a great location (you need a car), the local super market in 5 mins away, and the beach less than 10 mins. There is so much to see nearby, such as the Temple of Segesta (20 mins), Zingaro National Park (20 mins) with its lovely walks and beaches, and of course Erice, and Mozia, and Selinunte. There is lots to see and do in the locale and Antonio and Massimo are very helpful. It's a great place to relax and unwind, but also to explore - especially with the kids.

Amazing house and amazing hosts!!
We had an absolute exquisite time in Massimo and Antonio’s house. They were very friendly, making everything so we would feel confortable during our stay.
The house is very lovely, well furnished and has all the equipement you can need.
We were there for a week with our 17month baby and it was all set up for kids (baby bed and baby chair)
The house has 2 beautiful terrasses, so you can choose the one you prefer depending on the time of day. The one in the back is the best for beautiful pink sunset on the mountain, and the one in front is perfect for barbecues.
The location is 5min from the beach and from Castellamare del Golfo, so supermarkets are within reach easily.
Also, you can park your car safely on the property which is a plus!
I would definely recommend this house for anyone who want to visit Sicilia!!

Sehr schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung, freundliche Besitzer
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Mai/Juni 2025 genossen. Die Gastgeber waren bei kleinen Störungen immer sehr schnell zur Klärung zur Stelle und sehr sehr freundlich. Auch wurde uns eine Kaffeemaschine für amerikanischen Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Gerne hätten wir das nächste Mal für 4 Personen eine Sonnenliege (aktuell nur 2). der Outdoorgrill ist von uns gut genutzt worden. Die Anlage liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr gut und alle notwendigen Einrichtungen und Freizeitaktivitäten sind gut und einfach erreichbar. Kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Wunderschöner Ort zur Erholung
Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Es ist super modern, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ein paar Minuten und auch Castellamare del Golfo ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Antonio und Massimo sind sehr freundlich. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und es waren bereits Wasser, Obst und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank.
Unsere Vermieter standen bei Bedarf jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Sollten wir wieder in dem Ort Urlaub machen, können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder das Haus zu buchen.

Superbe villa, hôtes très accueillants
Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30 (en retard), Antonio qui ne parle pas français ni anglais était accompagné de Massimo qui nous a expliqué (en anglais) le fonctionnement des équipements de la villa et du portail sécurisé.
Ils avaient mis à notre disposition des boissons fraîches ainsi que des fruits.
Le lendemain nos hôtes nous ont demandé si nous avions passé une bonne nuit et se tenaient à notre disposition si besoin.
Ils étaient très réactifs à nos messages.
La villa est conforme aux photos, propre et très bien équipée.
Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur et profiter des 2 terrasses.
Nous avons apprécié la climatisation à l'étage et n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur au rez-de-chaussée grâce aux nombreuses ouvertures et aux espaces verts qui entourent la villa.
Nous recommandons vivement la villa des Orchidées (qui porte bien son nom) et remercions chaleureusement Antonio et Massimo pour leur hospitalité.

Perfekte Location
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen gemauerten Grill der auf den Fotos nicht abgebildet ist und auch 4 Liegestühle. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos auf englisch. Der nächste Strand ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar, weitere Strände in Richtung Scopello in ca. 15 Min. Dort ist aber Kiesstrand. Die Entfernung von ca. 45 Min. nach Palermo ist ebenfalls super für ein Sightseeing. Das Restaurant gegenüber vom Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Antonio und Massimo!

Siamo arrivati a Villa orchidea il 13 Agosto .
Antonio,il proprietario di questa meravigliosa villa,si e rivelato subito molto gentile e disponibile .
La casa e'esattamente come viene descritta ,anzi,forse ancora più bella di come sembra dalle foto. La cura dei particolari veramente molto accurata.
Sentiamo già la mancanza delle cene all'aperto e dei babecue che abbiamo preparato nello spazio bellissimo oltre la grande vetrata .
Per le cene nella vicina Castellammare del Golfo abbiamo seguito i consigli preziosi di Antonio. Tutto perfetto.
Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda giornata in barca . Consigliatissima per poter scoprire luoghi fantastici che solo dal mare si possono vedere.
Darei 10 stelle . Grazie di tutto. Quando torneremo in Sicilia,sicuramente sceglieremo Villa Orchidea🤗

Beautiful place making you feeling at home
Villa Orchidea was a perfect location for us. The kitchen is well equipped, a spacious living area with big dinner table and sofas for comfortable TV sessions is there. The most time we used the terrace with sun shield in the garden (12 olive trees, banana leaves, lavender bushes) for meals or just to relax, read etc.
the two sleeping rooms provide very good beds, each with a bathroom and good air conditioning.
The hosts were very helpful, friendly and helped everything we needed. Communication during our stay via WhatsApp for quick answers to any questions.
The house was perfectly clean and well maintained. Some supplies were there for the fist needs (water, olive oil, coffee and some other things).

Eine wunderschöne neuwertige Villa mit vielen Extras.
Wir haben zu zweit die Villa gemietet. Das Haus ist groß genug für 4-5 Personen. Draußen gibt es eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit einem schönen Holztisch , an dem 4 Personen zum Essen/Frühstücken Platz haben. Ein weiterer Esstisch für 6 Personen steht im Wohnzimmer, so dass man je nach Wetter entscheiden kann, wo man frühstückt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, neuwertig, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Unser Leihwagen konnten wir auf einer großzügigen Einfahrt, welche mit einem elektrischen Tor zur Straße gesichert ist, parken. Bei Ankunft haben wir eine Erstausstattung erhalten über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Im Kühlschrank war eine gute Flasche Wein, frisches Obst, Wasser, Milch, Marmelade und eine große Flasche Cola und noch einiges mehr. Ebenfalls waren Kaffeepads für die Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Im Garten stehen Olivenbäume und ein Paradiesapfelbaum. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Strand (5 Minuten), zum Flughafen Palermo (30 Minuten) und zu viele gute Restaurants (5-15 Minuten). Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, das Antonio und Massimo hervorragende Gastgeber sind. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr seht wohl gefühlt.

Un soggiorno a 5 stelle!!!!
Villa orchidea è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, dotata di ogni confort, con una cucina attrezzatissima e un piacevolissimo spazio esterno che permette di cenare al fresco anche nelle serate più calde. Situata in un posto tranquillo e lontano dal caos è comodissima per visitare le magnifiche spiagge di questa zona come Scopello e i suoi faraglioni, la riserva dello zingaro o San Vito lo Capo e Castellammare del Golfo. Insomma, come da titolo, un soggiorno a 5 stelle. Grazie ad Antonio e Massimo per la loro ospitalità, disponibilità e simpatia, due persone speciali!!!!

Wonderful and well equipped villa
Centrally located villa perfect for day-trips to all major tourist spots (Scopello, Erice, Favignana, San Vito lo Capo) in the region. Only few minutes drive to Castellamare's beach which is not crowded. Antonio is a great and friendly host, who thought about all details for our 1 year-old baby. After staying for 8 nights we felt nothing was missing from the villa.
We definitely recommend this place and would for sure stay here again when coming back to Sicily.
