Leuk huis slecht onthaal

Het onthaal was erbarmelijk tot niet bestaande : geen sleutel op afgesproken plaats. We hebben 4 uur in volle zon met een kind naar oplossingen gezocht, want de verhuurder was niet bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk via vrbo contact kunnen leggen. Poetsvrouw is komen open doen. Op onze vraag heeft ze de electriciteit opgezet. Later ontdekten we ook dat er geen water was. Dat hebben we dan zelf maar even uitgezocht. Eindelijk alles in orde, wilden we een frisse duik nemen in het zwembad en eindelijk onze vakantie beginnen. Toen bleek dat we een foute sleutel hadden. We hebben 1 dag moeten wachten op de sleutel en zijn daarvoor mee naar het plaatselijk agentschap moeten rijden. Er was ook geen enkele uitleg over wifi,airco, wasmachine, vaatmachine. Er was ook geen airco aanwezig in alle kamers. Het is een heel fijn huis op een heel fijne plek, maar aan de service is nog heel wat werk.

Une belle maison calme fraîche et bien située.

Un séjour formidable. Nous n’avions plus envie de repartir. Cette maison est spacieuse, idéale pour une famille, bien équipée. Elle est très bien située à 1h de Valence. La plage et la piscine de la résidence sont vraiment très proches et très propres. Tout était parfait conforme à l’annonce.

Esperienza deludente

Metterei zero stelle ma non si può! Siamo dovute andare via dopo 3 giorni perché la casa era infestata dagli scarafaggi. Purtroppo anche la pulizia della casa era deludente al momento dell entrata, e sul sito vengono indicate 3 camere quando in realtà sono solo 2. Abbiamo chiesto di venire a pulire nuovamente, ma non si è presentato nessuno, dopo aver scoperto gli scarafaggi siamo andati via. La posizione non è per nulla comoda, si è lontano da tutto! La proprietaria ci ha rimborsato i giorni non pernottati, mentre l agenzia ABRITEL FR si negano a rimborsare le spese di gestione, somma consistente, metà di un cifra a 4 zeri ( la pubblicazione del post vieta mettere l importo esatto) che dicono di aver diritto di tenere, anche se siamo dovuti scappare perché la casa era inabitabile. Sconsiglio vivamente la agenzia, poco cordiali e soprattutto scorretti. La telefonata per avvisarli ci è costata una somma di 3 cifre in euro, e quando chiami non ti avvisano minimamente del costo, ma ti lasciano in linea a far lievitare la spesa! Abbiamo assunto un avvocato per rivendicare i nostri diritti. State lontani da ABRITEL, non contrateis nada con ellos.

Casa bien aunque le faltan algunos detalles.

La entrega de llaves es en inglés con pocas explicaciones al no dominar el idioma y no comunicarme bien. Sin secador de pelo, puede que no sea importante para algunos. El baño de arriba la bañera es peligrosa resbala mucho y hay que tener cuidado. En general bien pero faltan detalles como jabón de manos, la cafetera es de filtro. Vajilla de sobra, aunque utensilios de cocina bastante usados.

Endroit paisible en bord de mer...

Maison dans une commune et une rue très calme et bien située avec une piscine et des plages très proches ( La Romana etc.). Magasins de premières nécessités ( SPAR, Consum...) à proximité également. Accès à la promenade en bord de mer très proche. A mi-chemin entre Valence et Salou, un bon pied à terre pour qui veut explorer la région. Petit bémol (dû à la COVID) : le marché local réduit !

Charmant et accueillant, l'endroit est paisible. Proche de la mer environs 100m, la maison est lumineuse avec une belle terrasse. Valence étant a seulement 1heures nous avons visité la cité des arts et de la sciences avec le parc océanographique, tout simplement splendide. il y'a tous a proximité supérette, restaurants, boite de nuit... je vous la recommande pour d'agréable vacances.

WEEK-END DE PAQUES

J'ai passée un agréable séjour dans cette commune. La maison est très jolie, très bien décorée et très bien entretenue. Les chambres sont grandes avec grand placard encastré. Les lits sont confortables. Les salles de bain sont pratiques. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en ustensiles de cuisine, que ce soit en plat, casserole, marmite, vaisselle.... Sans oublié la piscine privée Pas besoin de voiture pour aller sur les plages qui sont magnifiques. De très belle balade à faire en bordure de mer, tout en pouvant faire du shopping avec toutes ces boutiques, de nombreux bars et restaurants avec terrasse. Je recommandes cette location à tous mes amis et à tous ce veulent passer un agréable séjour ou vacances VIVI de Bordeaux
