Bad WiFi. Television audio default was 99 (max). Early check-in was impossible. The entire area around Coors Blvd. has become a transient camp. Car alarms and random horns.

The hotel is OK but the customer service was lacking. I accidently booked a room in February for a January stay and ended up paying twice. Hotel management refused to refund the February date.

The gentleman who checked me in just told me to google for food and was rather rude. Many homeless in the area did not feel very safe here. Elevator was nasty and questionable to use. Microwave was dirty and not usable.

This is always a nice hotel and economical. The front desk guy is always fast and courteous. The only downfall was this time the pool was COLD. We were told the heater was just replaced and barely turned back on but the entire weekend it was freezing. So no unwinding in the pool this time, hopefully next.

This was a great property and for the price, absolutely outstanding. The room was clean, attractive and the woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I have no idea why people give this hotel anything less than five stars when considering what you're paying for it. It is very nice and I have stayed in some really bad joints for way more money. $15 for my Kitty.

Fair price for an older property. It was clean. It was also fairly quiet. The breakfast had great options. There are homeless in the area. They seemed to stay away from the property so that was good. The property is secure.

We appreciated the pet friendly policy but were surprised by a $15/night fee for bringing our dog. No mention of this during booking but I actually read what I was signing during check in and told them we had a dog because of the threat of a huge cleaning fee if it wasn’t disclosed and that’s when the extra fee was mentioned. They changed our room because of the dog and put us on the first floor. The arthritic pup appreciated skipping the stairs but the room was really small for four people, our stuff, and a large dog bed. Industrial area around the hotel that felt a bit dicey for walking the dog in the dark. My apologies to the people in rooms around us as the only way to get the door to actually latch was to slam it.

We’ve stayed here last year too. The only things that we weren’t happy about was none of the plug ins held the cord plug tight enough to charge our devices. No guide on the TV. Breakfast was not very hot and no meat on the menu.

The room was not that clean. The couch had crumbs on it. Trash in the dresser drawers. I had to pug the table Outlets in my self. The shower water presser was bad. The water went out the back onto the wall. The ice machine did not work.

Super loud stayed two nights, both which people were banging and being super loud. Also the restroom in room had black mold on the wall and shower head. Front desk staff Tyler was a complete ass hole. This wasn’t a good stay at all.
