The location to the Sunport was a plus. However, I found a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning when I went to take a shower. My room was on the first floor. And, this super-duper TV in my room was locked onto Fox and the Weather Channel no matter how I tried to get other channels.

Front desk staff was not very cheerful on check in abd did not explain the amenities. The room was clean, with comfortable sheets and pillows. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of shampp, conditioner and body wash for a luxurious bath after a long travel day.

The room was clean and perfect for our one night stay. The pool could of used some maintenance. It was dirty and not well kept. Breakfast was not good, since they had no protein (sausage, bacon or ham) selection. We had oatmeal (which was good) and waffles. Very simple but not satisfying

Great stay, room was clean, the guy that worked the breakfast area had it spotless and well stocked, he was very courteous. The staff in the front desk was nice as well, we arrive pretty late and they offered us water, nice gesture of her.

The airport shuttle was handy, but the driver did not help with the luggage. When we went to shower, there was no body wash in the container. The new plastic bags for the garbage were left in the room and not put in the garbage bins. We were offered a new room, but that was very inconvenient. The room otherwise was very lovely- the beds were most comfortable, the noise level very acceptable, everything clean, and the coffee, microwave and refrigerator amenities appreciated.
