The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Even with what appeared to be a remodel in the breakfast area, it was clean. The controls for the climate controls were hidden behind the window curtain. A sign someplace very obvious stating this would be nice. The hot items for breakfast were cold or miising. There was no coffee even after I asked for so I went to a drive thru. The juice and milk were literally room temperature. Maybe the woman needs to skip going outside for her coffee?

Surprisingly pleasant and clean room with most of the usual amenities. Breakfast was also surprisingly good and plentiful served on real plates and not the usual disposable foam plates. Would certainly recommend if staying in Albuquerque.

I needed a safe place to stay, with a comfortable bed, for a short night while driving through. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. If you didn’t look too close, the room was pretty good too. If you are a details person then you would have noticed that the grout in bathroom tile was actually a light gray but was black because it needed to be cleaned better. There was a dead cockroach under the sink- but better than finding it in the bed and alive, right? Seriously, I’ve found it quite difficult to choose a hotel in Albuquerque because some places really don’t feel safe and I worry about my car. That was #1 for me. This has a small, walled lot, and CCTV covering all angles. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, towels were clean- I only needed a place to crash a quick 8 hours then back on the road. If you’re counting on breakfast, there a McDonald’s next door. They had Cheerios and Raisin Bran for cereal selection, the classic hotel waffles (not my thing), some omelette looking eggs (no way I was trying those), and sausage links- my husband said they’d been sitting too long and they tasted burnt. They also had prepackaged sugary option like Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. I think they have tried really hard to make it the best it can be, and it was fine for what I needed- especially at the price. For such a short stay I just couldn’t justify a hotel twice the price. I’ve stayed in way worse- they tried here and I appreciate that.
