Additional Rules and Necessary Information: Security Deposit: If you are a guest under 25 years old or part of a party group, we kindly ask for a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is in cash and will be refunded via bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out. In case of damages during your stay, the value will be calculated, communicated in advance, and reimbursed after assessment.
