Apartment on the 1st floor with access by a covered staircase including a hallway serving as an entrance, a living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm), Bluetooth speaker, a bedroom with office area (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom (shower) with WC including the combined washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor, closed courtyard with garden furniture and room for bicycles. In the historic heart of the city, this old 17th century building has a commercial space on the ground floor (unoccupied) and a year-round rental accommodation on the 2nd floor. Parking can be done on the street or in a free car park 200 m away. All the shops and the train station are nearby. Sheets and household linen included. Bed made on arrival.
