Located only a few minutes walk to major shopping centres and bush walking trails, this house offers a large self contained kitchen with a 1200 wide stove top and oven.
The top floor which has the main bedroom, living, kitchen and bathroom is on street level and has a magnificent view from the balcony overlooking the city and Porongurup ranges on the horizon.
The lower floor has another living room with television, laundry with a dryer, bathroom , 2 bedrooms and access to the enclosed backyard.
The house is filled with quality furniture and features that will make you feel that you are at home.

Lovely property, well maintained, well equipped, very clean. Close to all amenities, 10 minute walk into town. Great fish and chip shop at the bottom of the street. Would stay again. Only thing we could fault was the parking it’s a very tight space but we managed it.

Comfortable furniture and beds, very spacious throughout the house and kitchen well equipped with utensils and appliances. The only one issue is the very steep drive way in the car port and attempting to park larger cars into the car port due to the sharp and very limited turning space.
