They had bedbugs and then tried to argue with us saying they were crumbs. Our family business is pest control and we had to pick one up to show it was moving and then the staff continue to yell and argue with us when my sleeping babies were in the room and almost woke them up. They changed our room and gave us a refund but that was because the general manager had to get involved. The staff was incredibly rude and was not fit to be in customer service. I will never go to another Hilton after this.

The rooms have recently been renovated. They're very, very nice. I will say, that originally I was sort of turned off by the fact that breakfast isn't free. Let me tell you, the breakfast available at the on-site restaurant is terrific and worth the price. It beats the cruddy frozen omelets in a steam tray offering of other hotels in the area. Trilogy is my new landing spot when I'm working/staying in Albany.

If you're like me and prefer bar soap, bring your own. Breakfast is NOT included in your stay but it's amazing and reasonably priced at the on-site restaurant/bar.

I really liked this place. Got a reasonable price on a great room. The location seems a bit wonky in the dark, but really, it's in a great location. It's a shame room prices aren't a bit more reasonable during racing season, but I can see why people stay here. It's worth it!

Name of the hotel since new ownership not clearly marked . Hard to find . No one to check us in on arrival. Had to go to next door lobby and they had lost my paid reservation so had to get new reservation. Had dinner at hotel restaurant which was good food but very slow bar service . The hallway has a strong smell to it, I think it may be the carpet honestly. The TV was a basic TV, which I wasn’t expecting as all Hilton hotels I’ve been to in the past have had a smart TV. Housekeeping did not appropriately replace the bath linens. The room did not come with complimentary waters. I would have to say the location is great, about 15 minutes from wherever I wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed how modern the room decor was. The included toiletries did have a nice scent. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
