We requested early check-in and late check-out, and they not only accommodated us but also upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment at no extra charge. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, markets, and just a 20-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace. Beautiful city and beautiful people!"

Walked into the hotel and it was wonderful. A courtyard with a small fountain and pool surrounded by buildings on all sides - all 14th 15th century - it was beautiful. Was peaceful and tranquil. Got upgraded to the suite - amazing. The ceiling was beautiful - and original - wooden rafters covered in decoration.
