The apartment was clean. The communication to and from the Franchesca was great. The property was easy to find and parking is very close to the entrance. Do be warned, you have to climb 2 flights of stairs, there is no elevator. And of course, we packed way to much. There is also no air-conditioning. There are 2 floor fans and if you open up all of the doors and windows, you can get a good breeze. We were here the first week of September and it is still very hot and very humid.

通常のアパートメントタイプの部屋です。アルバ中心地へ徒歩10分弱と立地は最高。むしろ、静かなエリアなので快適です。またオーナーは丁寧に連絡をしてくださいますので、困ることはありませんでした。大きなアパートのため1階の入り口が複数ありますが、一番奥の入り口です。
