This is an older property. The staff, one person, was very helpful. The rooms are small but have what you need. We went in December so the town was very quiet during the week and busy on the weekend.

Good 3* stay
Lovely staff who helped us out with a late check out after a late wedding the night before. Quite a standard hotel. A good 3 star hotel is probably right. Not a 4 star. Plesant hotel, great location next to the beach etc and very helpful staff. B'fast buffet could be better.

Seafood and sunshine in Alassio
Very comfortable, welcoming hotel, well positioned close to the sea front and the amenities of the town. Breakfast was decent and overall the hotel was excellent value. We really liked Alassio, a very traditional Italian seaside resort with a splendid sandy beach and good places to eat in the evening. Beautiful and historic Albenga is also a short train ride away.

Great hotel with all amenities.
Spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst touring Italy & found it a perfect place to stay in Alassio. Rooms were of adequate size & bathroom was quite large with plenty of storage, but the bed was the most comfortable I'd slept in. Balcony was on the small side with the air conditioning unit taking up a lot of space, but that did not concern me too much. There was no specific beach spot but reception booked a bed & parasol with a nearby bagni, which was not too expensive. Plenty of choice at breakfast although toaster didn't work too well & fruit was not very soft, but these were minor complaints.

Nice clean room with room for improvement
Wanted a cheap hotel near the coast and found this hotel for a reasonable price. Reasonably happy with the stay. The friendlyness of the checkin staff was excellent, and I got help parking on their free spaces etc. The room itself would get five stars from me. It was small, but that was expected from the price, bud impeccably clean and everything I used worked perfectly including a reasonably quiet air-con unit. It can be noted that the hotel is quite close to the beachfront area which is good daytime, but one of the nights I was kept up quite late but drumming and music from the bars nearby. The breakfast was pretty meager for my tastes - too much pastries and too little "real breakfast", but that might be a local thing - different countries have different preferences. One thing that really concerns me is security, as their processes basically means that passports, car keys and room keys are quite accessible for walk-in guests in a way that is non-acceptable. I would strongly urge the hotel to improve radically in this area!

Short 2 night stay in Alassio in October 2014.
Had a great time in Alassio, its a lovely town, clean and with a great long sandy beach and is a smart upmarket Italian resort. The hotel is perfectly situated just tucked one block from the beach and the pedestrianized shopping street, it was quiet and as we had an upper room had views across the rooftops to the sea. The hotel staff were excellent very friendly and spoke English, we used the hotel bikes to go along the coast both days, they looked after our bags on the last day and were very accommodating in general. Breakfast was varied and lovely it set you up for the day. We used the train form France and the station is only a 10 minute walk away or short taxi ride. They have a lovely new wellness centre at the hotel with jacuzzi, steam, sauna etc although you pay extra for this. All in all a great break and we would stay here again.

Pulizia della stanza assente, in bagno la vasca sporca e il bidet che perdeva , scarichi maleodoranti ,colazione scarsa e quando l’abbiamo fatto notare alle 9:30 (ancora mancava un’ora alla chiusura della sala colazione) è stato fatto un piccolo rimpiazzo!

Séjour parfait à tous points de vue !
Notre séjour a été exceptionnel à tous points de vue. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Un parking était à disposition. Je note l'excellent accueil du personnel de la réception tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ ! Merci encore ! Nous avons aussi pu profiter et privatiser le SPA, ce qui fut un réel moment de bonheur !

Struttura in una posizione strategica, vicinissima al centro e a due passi dalla spiaggia. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione decisa, soprattutto l' impianto di aria condizionata che non funziona in alcune stanza. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Personnel très serviable.
Nous avons eu une chambre avec une jolie terrasse et une carte de voeux, le personnel a été très serviable, mais l'hotel est très vieillissant et le petit déjeuner du lundi matin été trés decevant, une seule sorte de pain , pas un seul croissant, plus de fruits et il manque cruellement d'une deuxième machine à café.

Struttura un po’ “attempata” come nella migliore tradizione ligure. Camera spaziosa ma con arredi antiquati, doppie spine in bella vista, tv preistorica con decoder, e muri privi di ogni forma di isolamento che lasciano trapelare i rumori degli scarichi e dei “bisogni” dei vicini di camera. La colazione è discreta ma alcuni prodotti li ho trovati di scarsa qualità. Una nota di merito va a tutto lo staff, dalla reception, ai camerieri e al personale delle pulizie.

buongiorno, se gradisce farci sapere quali prodotti ha trovato di scarsa qualità così da darci modo di verificare, in quanto per noi è priorità offrire la migliore qualità. A meno che si alloggi in strutture di recente costruzione, il problema insonorizzazione esiste nella maggior parte delle strutture anche fuori Liguria. Per questo abbiamo messo a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie più fini. Disponiamo di tre tipologie di camere divise per arredo e fascia di prezzo. Al suo prossimo soggiorno ci segnali le sue esigenze così potremo proporle ciò che più le aggrada Buona estate

Hotel abbastanza vecchio con la superior che dava su un cortile interno rumorossissimo. Nessuna insonorizzazione nelle camere e letti singoli uniti nonostante avessi prenotato una matrimoniale. Colazione con pochissima scelta e di bassa qualità. Non lo consiglierei per soggiorni lunghi. Reception molto gentile e disponibile

buongiorno, grazie per la sua recensione. Mi spiace non sia stata di suo gradimento la colazione, ma la qualità le garantisco che è ottima dai prodotti salati a quelli dolci di pasticceria. Per l'insonorizzazione purtroppo è una costruzione esistente da anni, ma abbiamo messo a disposizione dei clienti che necessitano, i tappi per le orecchie. I letti sono tutti singoli uniti come matrimoniale e ci stiamo attrezzando per renderli più confortevoli. Buona Giornata

Un hôtel très sympa et bien placé !
Habitué de l'hôtel Rosa à Alassio. Il est très bien placé, très proche du bord de mer, vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
