The folks at Delta View bent over backward to honor my every request. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The vow from my window breast taking. I hope yo be back and definitely will recommend. I was very happy here.

I was told to to bring government issued ID. When I showed them my driver's license (which matches the name on the booking), they refused to check me in unless I had my physical passport.
I told them I've left it at home and I don't walk around Cairo with my passport for the risk of losing it.
They ended up denying my stay.
Expedia didn't even refund me yet. They said they'll "request" a refund from the hotel.
So I was left stranded by both parties and left without a refund thus far.
