The resort has a free shuttle that connects the units to the beach every 20 minutes.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Tulum to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
Electricity is not included in stays over 20 nights. This fee will be charged every month or a day before check-out in stays shorter than a month.

Communication with the host was great, condo was nice with some exceptions. Fairly clean, had linens and some towels. Absolutely no wash cloths , no dish cloths, and no dish towels. Pots and pans. Need to be replace, Teflon coming off surface. We’d probably go back. Great golf course……
