The Neighborhood: The Anah Village is located less than a 10-minute drive from the Akumal beach, known as the home to sea turtles, an area where you can find restaurants, shopping, and a scuba dive center where you can go diving and snorkeling. Also, you’re only about a 30-minute drive to Tulum, where you can spend the day exploring the Mayan ruins, eat amazing local foods, and shop until your heart’s content. If you love golfing, you’ll love being a 5-minute drive from the PGA Riviera Maya course! Getting Around: The property at the Anah Village in Akumal is 66 km or 41 miles from 43.5 km or 27 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and 95 km or 58 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). There is first come, first serve parking onsite. Other Things to Note: Electricity is expensive here, so please help save energy by using the AC only when needed, closing all windows and doors when it's on, and shutting it off every time you leave. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals (2-27 nights). Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn/kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 nights or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged. We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. It is located on the second floor, next to the elevator. A reservation needs to be made at the front desk to make use of this room.
