"When we got there our room was out of hair conditioner. I went down in the morning to ask that it be refilled for the evening-was told sure. That night it was not refilled. I had to go back down to get a bottle from the front desk.
Also- our shower water was barely warm. I let it run for a good 5-10 min while I brushed my teeth and got clothing together, let it run some more- never got warmer. So we basically took cold showers 2 nights in a row. I told the front desk as we were leaving about the shower."
