One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The hotel in general had quite a lot of cobwebs and insects here and there on corridors etc. English was mentioned as one of the languages but still it was very difficult to take care of anything in English. Otherwise service was polite. The one thing that really seems wrong to us westerners is the fact that the traditional rooms are said to have 'futons'. These are in fact thin ordinary foldable matresses and uncomfortable to people normally sleeping on beds. しかし、お部屋は旧館側なのでしょう狭い部屋でした。お部屋情報は欲しいかと思いました。換気口等の掃除もしっかりしてくださると良いと思います。 女性の浴衣のサービスは素敵でした。旦那の分も丈が長目の物を頼んだら、お部屋まで持ってきてくれました。 廊下ですれ違うスタッフさんは、ほとんどの方が挨拶をしてくれ、気持ちが良かったです。機会があったらまたお世話になります。 ありがとうございました。 ##### 宿が川沿いにあり、露天風呂はその音に癒されますが、スタンダードなお部屋は、窓が開かないので、川の音が殆ど聞こえません。 露天の足湯があり、川の音に癒されながら、ゆっくり過ごす事が出来ますが、2人かけが2席しかないので、狭く感じますし、長々と座るには気が引けます… タオルは室内の備え付けを利用する感じですが、宿泊中交換がありません(フロントに言えばおそらく可能) タオルをかけておく所が小さく、バスタオルの干せる大きめのタオルかけがあると良いなぁと感じました。 スタンダードなプランでは、部屋食ではなく、食堂での食事ですが、客数が多い為か、用意してあった感の食事内容ですが、一品出来立ての品の提供あり、それが嬉しかったです。 概ね価格に見合った宿だと思います。 ##### 真紀 Stayed 1 night in Jun 2023 ### 10/10 良かった点は目の前を豪快な滝の流れを見ながらの大浴場の温泉は広くてすばらしい。しかも夕刻限定で温泉から上がると生ビールとソフトクリームが無料で提供されていて格別なおいしさ。夕食・朝食も豪華で中居さんも感じが良くてきぱきと給仕してくれた。 しかしこれらを考慮してもとても知人には勧る気にはなれない。まずフロントの対応は最悪で接客の何たるかを知らないのではないかと思ってしまう。チェックイン時間の10分前ほどに到着してロビーでまっていたが、フロントのスタッフは全く反応なし。その内別の客も到着してきたので2分前ぐらいに窓口に行き名前を告げたが、スタッフは時計を見てまだチェックイン時間前だと言いたげな様子。結局嫌々ながら手続きを始めてはくれたが、自分は1分たりとも始業前には働かないという態度がありありと感じられた。ビジネスホテルなどでも部屋の準備が済んでいれば時間前に受け付けてくれるところも多い中、ある意味で稀有な経験だった。 それ以外にも客室には入ったところに押し入れ、トイレ、シャワー室、エアコン・照明スイッチなどがあるのだがどこも薄暗くてスマホをかざさないと場所が分からない。居間は明るいがスイッチ類が全て居間の外にありスタンドもない為、就寝時は真っ暗な中を布団までたどり着かねばならない。部屋に置いてあるマニュアルには客のプライバシー尊重で中居さんは部屋には原則入らない云々などが書いてあるが、正直に人出不足で勘弁してほしいと書くべきではないだろうか。 今までの旅館の中で、価格以上のクオリティーを感じました。ウェルカムドリンクは、抹茶と羊羹のサービスがあり、客室は広く綺麗で更に温泉饅頭を温めて食べれるよう工夫があったり、何とマッサージチェアが完備されており大変感動いたしました！お風呂は、川のせせらぎを感じられ、どこからかシャボン玉が流れてきて、とても幻想的でした。貸切風呂がありましたが、料金をもっと安くして欲しいと思いました。朝と晩の浴場が男女と入れ替わりがあったのは、とても良かったです。欲を言えば、サウナを完備したらもっと最高です。湯上がりに麦茶が飲めて、ソフトクリームが食べられたのは、感動的でした。食事は、朝晩頂きましたが、どれも食べれきれないボリュームがあり、また川や海そして山の幸がふんだんに盛り込まれており、白米がとても美味しいかったと感じられました。つきたてのお餅が色々な味で楽しめたのも、良かったと思います。夜の旅館の対岸に写し出すプロジェクションマッピングのアイディアは、素晴らしいのですが、内容をもっと会津の歴史を感じられる内容にするともっと良いと思いました。また、機会があれば是非行きたいです。ありがとうございました！
