The Space:

The sunlit living area features plush sofas, a Smart TV with Netflix and soaring ceilings, with French doors opening onto cascading decks overlooking Coral Sea Marina and the Whitsunday Islands. Gather for meals in the formal dining area or enjoy casual breakfasts in the adjoining dining nook.

Whip up your favourite meals in the spacious, well-appointed kitchen, featuring stone benchtops, slate flooring, a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large Samsung fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser. Start your mornings with a freshly brewed coffee from the De'Longhi Nespresso machine, with a starter selection of pods provided, or bring along your favourite flavours.

Five air-conditioned bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary suite boasts a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with a rainfall shower and private ocean-facing balcony. Downstairs, the second bedroom features a king bed, private lounge and TV, creating an ideal hideaway for grandparents or teenagers seeking extra privacy. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, the fourth has two singles, while the top-floor fifth bedroom features a tri-bunk and dedicated workspace.

The home features three bathrooms, including an ensuite and one with a freestanding bathtub, all equipped with hair dryers. A private laundry with a washing machine, unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout add everyday convenience. A secure double lock-up garage accommodates two cars, with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Pets are welcome too!

Airlie Beach's main street is within walking distance, while local Whitsunday Transit buses connect the town centre with Cannonvale, Proserpine and Shute Harbour.

Other Things to Note:
Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night).

Pool towels are also provided.
