"La stanza era indubbiamente carina, ma l'unico punto luce sul comodino aveva la lampadina fulminata, la televisione non riceveva alcun canale, il radiatore a parte emetteva continuo rumori dovuti vorse alla sua dolatazione, in bagno c'era sin dall'arrivo un persistente odore sgradevole divuto sicuramente a reflusso di miasmi della fogna. "Soggiorno molto piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere molto belle, pulite e ben organizzate. La spa non è grandissima, ma è pulita e davvero gradevole con il percorso di due ore. Colazione ottima, scelta abbastanza varia fra dolce e salato. La neve ha reso il borgo, con le sue casette finemente ristrutturate, ancora più suggestivo e l’atmosfera è calma e rilassante. Ottima anche la posizione, a pochi chilometri da Roccaraso. Unica nota migliorabile l’insonorizzazione delle camere."

"Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses"
