Would have loved a gym and cooler air conditioning in the rooms, the air conditioner didn’t go below 23C!

"Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that ..."
