Stunning 1950's grand house nestled in lush greenery with breathtaking views of Aguadilla’s bay. Designed in 1958 by well-known architect, this unique home features a retro feel. Enjoy soaking up the sun in the large pool, dining on the spacious ocean view terrace and catching unforgettable sunsets. \*Automatic power generator & water reserve. Gardeners of the estate and pool staff come once per week. Property manager is available for assistance during your stay if needed. Quiet neighborhood just minutes from main road. DRIVE: 15 minutes to BQN Airport. 5 minutes to Crash Boat Beach. 7 minutes to grocery stores. 10 minutes to downtown city area with restaurants and bars. 3 minutes to Route 107 with restaurants, Walgreens, fast foods, gas stations. \*Please note: We are not responsable for power, water, cable, or Wi-Fi outages that may occur.
