In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, in a sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 15 m from the sea. Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
"Sassicaia", 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Great outdoor area, the rest...

The outdoor area was absolutely fantastic, you couldnt beat the view. However, the property is not well maintained. They also do not supply ANYTHING. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, no dish soap, no laundry soap. You have to pay extra for linens and all of them were dirty. There was mold on the pillows, blood on the sheets, pillows and blankets. There were no fans so the whole place was damp no matter what you did. When we contacted the property manager they basically said, not their problem. We were supposed to stay 6 nights, we left after 3.

Der Ausblick war das Beste

Der Ausblick u. Zugang zum Meer 10 v. 10 Punkte. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Durchgänge ebenfalls, Viel zu viele schmale Türen. Kein Fliegengitter oder Vorhang im Wohn- und Essbereich, wir wurden leider mit Stechmücken und Fliegen überrannt. Wlan funktionierte nur im Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und überschaubar.

Haus hat eine top Lage! Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Haus selber an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Internetverbindung sehr schlecht. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden :)

Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft, in der man gut ein paar erholsame Tage verbringen kann. Wir waren Ende Mai / Anfang Juni, daher auch mit Mücken noch kein Problem. Restaurant in der Anlage hat erst am 1.Juni geöffnet, für auswärts essen muss man bis dahin mit dem Auto fahren. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, allerdings aufgrund des Wellengangs und der Felsenküste nicht wirklich geeignet zum Schwimmen.

Top Lage, Rest bescheiden...

Das Haus liegt prächtig und ist schön. Es gibt keine Heizung, was nicht zu ersehen war, von Reisen im Oktober ist daher abzuraten. Alles ist dauernd klamm, der Putz rieselt zum Teil von den Wänden. Ausstattung der Küche sehr dürftig, Schranktüren kaputt, Besteck abfallreif und teils etwas eklig, ebenso die Sitzauflagen für draußen. 5 Lampen mit kaputten Birnen, kein Ersatz da. Im großen Bad nur lauwarmes Wasser. Für den Preis war mehr zu erwarten. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, hübsche Buchten.

Lage top, aber...

Tatsächlich direkt am Wasser, super schön. Das Haus selbst ist einfach ausgestattet, überwiegend Plastikgeschirr, viele Ameisen in der Küche. Waschmaschine fasst drei Kilo und ist kaputt. Zwei Badezimmer sind winzig, Duschen mit festinstallierten Duschköpfen bieten Campingatmosphäre. Bei der Außendusche läuft das Wasser nicht ab. Die Matratzen müssen ersetzt werden. Keine Heizung, Schimmel auch in den Schlafräumen, alles klamm und feucht. Dreckige Auflagen für Gartenmöbel (Plastik)

Direkt am Meer

Wir waren schon einige Male in Portobello und sind jedes Jahr immer wieder überwältigt von diesem schönen Platz am Meer. Das Haus ist zwar nicht mehr das neueste, aber es besticht durch seinen Charme und Lage. Einzig der Herd bräuchte mehr Leistung. Für mehr Personen zu kochen ist eine Herausforderung ;)

Es müsste am bei Bezug ein kleines Starterpaket mit 2-3 Spülmaschinen Tabs, Geschirrhandtuch usw. bereitgestellt werden. Bei dem hohen Miete ein absolutes Muss.
