Private: natural garden (fenced), parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 2.9 km, sandy beach "Vgnola Mare" 4 km. Surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Costa Paradiso 14 km, Santa Teresa di Gallura 23 km, Acqua Fantasy 20 km, Isola Rossa 23 km, Porto Torres 76 km, Olbia 64 km. Please note: car recommended.  
4-room house 120 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2022, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and flat screen.
