Nice hotel. Safe area . Unfortunately there is an construction in front of the hotel and there was early noisy trucks, tools and crane. Besides that love the staff and spotless rooms.

Hotel is amazing and all staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Check in could have been made smoother by notifying ahead of arrival that key for room is via an app which we could have downloaded and registered on prior to arriving. Ate dinner and had drinks here too and everything was great. Breakfast menu was excellent and great quality. Would love to return.

This is a really nice artsy hotel was reasonably priced and centrally located. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the environment clean. Only hitch is there needs to be more variety and change for breakfast. Otherwise, location, location and location near to the airport and on the bus route. You’ll get a complimentary wine too. I would stay here again and recommend.

We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.

WOW!!!! 10/10! Absolutely AMAZING!!! We booked a villa for our family of 5 and it was enough room to spread out so we could all have space. It was clean, and no detail was missed. The staff caters to their clients and communicaton was quick. I wish we would have had more time, as we were ony here 3 nights. The villa is in Orilinki, which is about 20 mins from the BEST beaches in Ayai Napa. You have to drive from the residence to get to groceries, restaurants, etc. However, it was all worth it!!! Staying again, hopefully soon!!!
