Although I had booked a kiosk room, the room I was given was much smaller. It was in the attic with only one tiny window that couldn’t be opened, and the view was directly facing an air conditioner, which made the room very uncomfortable. In addition, upon check-in I was asked to pay an extra €2 per day, which they said was a tax. This charge was not clearly stated before and felt misleading, damaging my trust in the hotel. Because of the poor room conditions and the unexpected extra charges, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are certainly more comfortable and trustworthy options available." Rooms are outdated and should be renovated, but it didn't affect our great stay at this hotel. By my opinion, if you are going to Chios, it is the best option to stay due the beach and pool. The breakfast/dinner/supper has a lot to choose from and the service is highly rated. Overall, we had a good time and will return to this property if will be back to Chios."
