Beachfront Villa Seasun - Luxury Villa by the Sea in Corfu, Greece

"Villa Seasun exceeded all of our expectations! We were a group of 7 friends celebrating my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for us all to be together, have fun but also a place for everyone to relax and enjoy a truly unforgettable time. There is a magic about this villa and place that I will never forget. The villa is well-equipped and surpasses the pictures. The kitchen area is small and so is the table inside, all 7 of us fit around it perfectly, but not sure if many more would comfortably sit there. It is rare you will need it though with the beautiful outside table and space to eat. The rooms are very spacious and the air conditioning in each room makes for it to be to each person's liking. The outside area is honestly so beautiful, the infinity pool was absolutely amazing, and the views over the sea that we never grew tired of. We spent countless hours swimming, relaxing by the pool, and taking in with the incredible sunsets and pretty sky will be with me for always. The location is ideal—peaceful and private, we hired a car and there was plenty of space for parking. The area in general is very hilly with the villa being atop of a steep hill, for anyone with mobility issues. It is just a short walk to the little village where there is a gorgeous shop, local restaurants, and beaches. I also cannot review without saying how wonderful the people here are, Joanna the owner is such a gorgeous person, she was available immediately we needed her, with helpful suggestions, places to go and arranging anything we needed. Mr. Didi, the local grocer was so kind, with great communication and so helpful. This villa is rural, but the community there is strong and we were only there for a week but we did not feel like strangers. Everything about Villa Seasun made our celebration amazing. I couldn't recommend Villa Seasun anymore highly and I will definitely be back."

"The description and pictures of this villa, although gorgeous, do not reflect the reality... the reality is that the villa is even better!!!We have stayed in many luxurious villas in different parts of the world, and this one is the winner. The villa itself, the surroundings, the swimming pool, the private access to the sea, the views... everything is simply perfect.In fact, you just don't want to leave the villa... so perhaps it is not so good for sightseeing around the island! :)There are at least four different wonderful places where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings: the balcony, the ground-level terrace beside the swimming pool, a lovely table overlooking the sea where you can have a cocktail, and the magnificent chairs further downhill, right near the sea. We used every one of them, and each offers a different and beautiful experience.A special word for Andreas, the owner. He is extremely kind and attentive. Whenever you send him a message, just a few minutes later he is there, ready to help. This is wonderful and really makes you feel at home.Again, gorgeous. Without hesitation, this is the best villa we have ever stayed in."

"The villa itself was perfect, but there are a few issues that should be addressed. Both roads leading to the property are in poor condition, and I suffered a flat tyre that seriously disrupted my holiday. Communication with the host was also lacking, with long delays in responding to messages. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the experience for future guests."

Luxury Stone Houses Corfu - Villa 1

"Luxury Stone Villas is a beautiful stone duplex built in the hills. It is pretty private, as there are not a lot of other homes in the area. The road up to the villa is a rough, unpaved road on the other side is the attached villa. You can see each pool and its occupants from the other pool. The home is very Modern, very well kept. We had 3 families in the villa, 6 adults, and 4 children. The villa suited our group well, each family had a floor. Depending on the children’s ages, we had one child one year old, it is not a child friendly home for children that age, or with people with mobility issues. It was lovely to enjoy the sunset from the villa with the expansive Windows. A car is a must at this villa. The villa is well equipped with everything you need, there were pool toys, games, puzzles, well equipped kitchen. It is solar heated, and there were times despite the hot weather and beautiful blue skies that we did not have hot water. We had a wonderful stay at Luxuy Stone Villas, the mosquitos after the sun went down were particularly bad, you could not sit outdoors after the sun went down, we did not find it as bad when we went for dinner or were at other locations they might have been worse because the villa is surrounded by olive trees."

"We stayed at the property for six nights in Aug 2026. We were visiting from the US. Family of four with two boys -early 20's. The property is amazing. To start it was exceptionally clean. Everything was spotless. The design of the house is open with lots of windows that allows for a lot of light & an ability to enjoy the amazing views. The house sits on the top of a hill. The driveway appears steep but it is well designed and easy to navigate. When you get to the top & see the views it literally takes your breath away. The infinitypool sits on the edge of the property and allows you to enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of the day. We love to cook and we cooked on three of the six evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance and utensil you need to prepare any type of meal. The outside grill was a HUGE PLUS. In our mind the location was perfect. You are five minutes from 3 to 4 food markets to pick up groceries. You are very close to two towns Acharavi and Kassiopi both are extremely easy drives and they have great restaurants, bars and shops to walk around and enjoy. Our personal favorites in Achavi were Pump House (Great Local Establishment) and Odysseus Restaurant. Outside of Kassiopi we loved Imerolia Taverna. Great local fish. Lastly the SERVICE was A. Joanna and Spiros were AMAZING! If we need something they were there for us. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can tell they really love what they do and love the property."
