### Spacious villa 6 pers, private pool and WiFi near beach

Single-story villa of approximately 125 m², facing southeast, very well maintained, with a 66 m² terrace, a 1000 m² landscaped garden, no overlooking neighbors, and a swimming pool (9m x 3.5m), in the Rochelongue district.  
  
This villa features a beautiful, spacious entrance hall, a warm and bright living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and an adjoining utility room (oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, washing machine, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle).  
  
A master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), an en-suite bathroom (shower), and a toilet.  
  
Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm).  
  
A separate toilet.  
  
Dear tenants, pets are not allowed in this property.  
  
Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided in this villa. You can request them from the agency if needed.  
  
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.  
  
Mattress protectors and small blankets are provided.  
  
Towels: €10 per person.  
  
Baby cot rental: €15 per week.

Merci a Jean-Michel pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesseTres belle villa, tres bien equipee , confortable avec une piscine tres agreable Plage et commerces a proximite , pistes cyclables a volonté, un vrai plaisir Tout petit point a savoir : plusieurs campings a proximite on peut parfois entendre la musique et les animations mais sans exageration Villa a louer sans hesitation
