Studio for 2 people situated residence Port Venus, with free access to the swimming pool. 3rd floor with lift, port side. Living room with 140cm bed. vertical fan. kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine and Senséo, kettle... Bathroom and Wc. Loggia. Parking N°309.  
  
Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
