Air conditioned studio for 2 people, no renovated, situated at Heliopolis entrance E, 3rd floor with lift. Living room with 140cm wall-bed. Kitchen area with large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... Separate bathroom and WC. Terrace with shutters, facing west. Parking n°113\.   
  
Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid 1.44 euro per day, per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
