### Spacious studio with pool, near the beach

Large 27m² cabin studio with a 6m² terrace facing SOUTH.  
Located on the 1st floor with elevator. View on the swimming pool of the residence and small sea view.  
Ideal for 4 people.  
No private parking space for this apartment, but you will find a public parking at 250m.  
  
This apartment has a night space in the entrance with 2 single beds in 90, optimal storage so as not to disturb the day.  
Bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate WC.  
  
Very bright living room with sofa bed, open fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini oven, 4 electric fires, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker with filter).  
  
A column fan and a vacuum cleaner are available.  
  
Tv (French channels only).  
  
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.  
  
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.  
  
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.  
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.  
For towels: 10€ per person.
