"Les Paradores" residence, a quiet, family-friendly, and secure complex with a swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), located in the Pinède district, 1 km from Roquille beach, shops, and the port. This semi-detached villa (45 m²) with private parking comprises:  
  
On the ground floor:  
  
\- Entrance hall, living room and kitchen (over 20 m²) with a table and chairs for six, two armchairs, coffee table, sideboard, flat-screen TV, and DVD player.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes:  
  
dishwasher, gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, and electric coffee maker.  
  
\- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and vanity unit (hairdryer), heated towel rail  
\- Separate WC with window  
\- One bedroom with large closets and a double bed (140x190 cm)  
Upstairs:  
\- One enclosed bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), large closets, and a mezzanine with a double bed (140x190 cm) in an alcove, a second WC, a sink with vanity unit, and storage units.  
Air conditioning.  
Large parking space (space for two cars) and a 15 m² terrace (west-facing) in front of the house with two tables and four chairs.  
  
Rear terrace, east-facing (23 m²) with a table, six chairs, and four folding sun loungers.  
  
TV (French channels only).  
  
Pets are NOT ALLOWED.  
  
Ustencils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.  
  
Free Wi-Fi in July and August.  
  
Sheets, towels, and dish towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if needed.  
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.  
  
Towels: €10 per person.  
  
Baby cot rental: €15 per week.  
  
For any extra requests, please let us know as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you.  
  
Departure cleaning is your responsibility. If you wish to purchase the cleaning service for this apartment, it is €110.  
  
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
