Ideal for making the most of your holiday by being centrally located and close to the sea, yet enjoying the tranquility of this slightly secluded residence. 10 minutes by bike from the port center, close to all shops at the Rochelongue promenade. Semi-detached villa for 6 people, 40m², located on the ground floor, West-facing with views of the garden and the residence. Enclosed 40m² garden. Private parking space #31. Charming semi-detached villa, recently renovated and air-conditioned, comprising a lovely living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini-oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, hob, washing machine, electric kettle, griddle and raclette grill, fridge/freezer, reversible air conditioning). Ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage. Bathroom on the same level with shower and separate WC. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom on a mezzanine level with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). TV in the living room (French channels only). Usual utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which offers a Wi-Fi hotspot (5GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week. Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided in this apartment.
