A quiet and secure residence composed of small blocks of apartments ranging from garden level to the first floor. Private parking spaces are available for all apartments. Ideal for enjoying all amenities while enjoying a peaceful setting. Charming 28 m² one-bedroom apartment on the garden level. West-facing, overlooking the residence's green spaces. 20 m² terrace. This charming, tastefully decorated apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, mini oven, 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster). In the bedroom, you'll find a double bed (140 cm) and storage space. In the living room, there's a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area (a table and 4 chairs).
