  • New 100 m2 villa with jacuzzi, 20 m2 garage and garden located in a residential area 200 meters from the beach in Grau d'Agde.
    This villa is composed of a large living room / kitchen, soberly decorated, three spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom. A garden without vis-à-vis allows you to sunbathe, make your aperitifs and grills as you wish. In less than a minute on foot, you will be on the warm sand of a family beach.
    Nearby you will find:
    - All shops (small and hyper)
    - Multitudes of Beach or Center Restaurants
    - A large aquatic center

Lovely beach home in Gray d'Agde

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. We walked along the beach to the flower market on the quai, and were just a short distance from restaurants and stores. A thoroughly enjoyable stay

Es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist gemütlich und bietet uns zu sechst ausreichend Platz für alles, was wir gern spielen. Der Whirlpool ist super und wurde von uns im Herbst ausgiebig genutzt. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Garage bietet Platz für alle Fahrräder. Es war jetzt nicht lupenrein sauber, aber aus meiner Sicht für eine Ferienwohnung in üblichem Maß gereinigt und sauber genug. Der Vermieter ist extrem nett, bemüht und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Ein wirklich schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. 5 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß. Ein Bäcker, Supermarkt und Lidl sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Maison louée pour des retrouvailles en famille au bord de mer. Maison agréable et spacieuse, propre et bien agencée. Bien équipée. ( Seule bémol : poêles un peu désuètes). Une belle déconnexion !

3 jours entre entrepreneuses pour déconnecter de notre quotidien, au calme, entre la plage et la jaccuzi…. Puis 3 jours en famille pour déconnecter aussi des écrans… ;) et nous retrouver là aussi au calme, avec un bain dans la mer en plein mois de février et un jaccuzi encore plus appréciable après !!! Un vrai bonheur ! Logement propre, moderne, accueillant et Lionel toujours aussi discret et présent à la fois en cas de besoin ! Merci ! Je reviendrai !!

Ameisenplage im Ferienhaus

Wir können das Ferienhaus leider mit gutem Gewissen nicht weiterempfehlen. Unabhängig davon, dass wir mehrere Stunden das Haus reinigten, zeigten sich bereits am ersten Abend sehr viele Ameisen in der Unterkunft. Diese breiteten sich bis zum zweiten Urlaubstag in der Unterkunft, den Schränken, der Kleidung und den Betten aus. Der Vermieter zeigte zusätzlich wenig Verständnis für die Probleme, die sich dadurch ergeben haben. Wir haben daher unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen müssen.

La maison est très bien agencée et parfaitement équipée et décorée. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La plage est largement accessible à pieds. En plein mois de juillet, jamais bousculé sur la plage, et parfaite pour les enfants car peu de fond. Le petit village du grau d'agde est une belle découverte. Accessible depuis la maison en 3 min en voiture, il est facile et gratuit de se garer. Et le jacuzzi, c'est bonus. Bref, une super semaine.

Das Haus entspricht absolut den Bildern. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum schönen Strand wirklich nicht ca 250 Meter. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Zum Entspannen ist der Pool bestens geeignet. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe waren vollkommen unkompliziert. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur empfehlen.

En tout premier belle maison confortable avec toute fois un mobilier de jardin désuet , abîmé et peu confortable ... dommage. Période un peu bruyante , mais il faut bien faire des travaux... Région avec de jolis endroits à découvrir sans oublier la gastronomie . Même si une voiture est indispensable , la mer est à 6'à pieds. Super. Mr. Prunet même si c'est une période un peu" stress" pour lui est prêt à répondre vos demandes. Merci encore et peut être à une autre fois.
