Your 4-person studio of 20m² consists of:

\- 6m² terrace facing North which allows enjoying a bit of freshness in summer;  
\- A low mezzanine with a double bed in 140 (1x2 persons);  
\- Equipped kitchenette with a large fridge freezer, a microwave and electric hobs and a washing machine;  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC;  
\- Air conditioning  
\- The holiday residence Les Quatres Soleils in Cap d'Agde has a private parking space n°642  
  
The residence "Les Quatres Soleils" is ideally located:  
\- 500 metres from the beaches  
\- 300 from shops.  
\- 900 metres from the port (13 minutes on foot)  
  
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are additional:  
\- End-of-stay cleaning: 87€
