The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 110 m²house in the commune of Agde which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, two fully-equipped kitchens, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises :  
Ground floor :  
\- A 38 m² living room with 2 lounge areas, TV, sofas  
\- Two fully-equipped kitchens, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc., one with a dining area  
\- A shower room with shower and WC  
  
First floor :  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
Outside :  
\- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Agde, 3 km away (about 13 minutes by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Béziers, Cap d'Agde 12 km (about 23 min by car)

Maison Atlas "Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison tout confort. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Valérie de la conciergerie qui est très sympathique et disponible à tout moment. La maison est spacieuse et le quartier très calme, idéal pour se reposer en famille. Les plages ne sont pas très loin, environ 15mn en voiture. merci pour ce séjour."
