Your 45m² flat in Cap D'Agde sleeps 4/6 people and comprises :  
  
\- Charming living room with two single beds (1x1 pers 90x190 and 1x1 pers 120x190), radio and television;  
\- Large terrace with garden and pool views;  
\- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils);  
\- Cabin : bunk beds : 1 single mattress up (1x1 pers 90x190) + 1 double mattress down (1x2 pers 140x190) ;  
\- Bedroom: double bed (1x2 pers 140x190)  
\- Bathroom with bath and separate WC;  
\- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;  
\- Heated swimming pool available in summer.  
  
The PALME D'OR residence is ideally located:  
\- 200 metres from sandy beaches ;  
\- 50 metres from shops and restaurants  
\- 60 metres from the supermarket;  
  
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:  
\- End-of-stay cleaning: €103  
\- Linen pack: 16€ / bed
