Nous avons passé par une agence et non l'hôte donc pas d'avis sur ces derniers.Par contre l'appartement était vraiment sale, poêles complètement soulevées et inutilisables !! Appareils ménagers hors d'utilisation au vu de l'état....on a acheté une poêle, un étendoir pour le linge. Et une serpillière car celle qui était sur place était moisie dans le seau sur la terrasse !! Les chaises de la cuisine avec des restes de nourriture dans les bords....bref vraiment une hygiène douteuse, sans parler de la salle de bain !Attention a l'escalier extrêmement dangereux ! Pas adéquat pour des enfants !! On ne s'en rend pas vraiment compte sur la photo.Le ventilateur de la pièce à vivre est défectueux et le petit dans la chambre tellement vieux qu'on aurait dit un avion au décollage donc la chaleur était intense ! Heureusement on en avait pris un avec nous ! Sinon l'appartement est mignon et la résidence très calme.Le prix est très bas et on n'en a compris la raison....mais cela n'est pas correct pour autant.Va falloir qu'ils fassent des efforts par respect pour les futurs locataires !
