### Attractive T2 bis through ideally located

This 42 m² flat, located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey residence, comprises a bright living/dining area with sofa and television. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster) and opens onto the living room. There is an extendable table with 4 chairs inside.  
This one-bedroom apartment has an 11 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and storage space. There is also another sleeping area in the flat with 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can accommodate both children and adults. You'll be provided with high-quality memory foam bedding.  
There is also a bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror.  
Last but not least, during your stay you'll be able to make the most of two attractive outdoor areas totalling 18 m². As the flat is traversing, you'll have a 4 m² loggia on one side and a lovely 14 m² terrace on the other. There is garden furniture for 4 people and an electric barbecue.  
The flat is air-conditioned to keep you cool in the heat and warm in the cold.  
This one-bedroom apartment is the ideal place to make the most of your stay in Cap d'Agde, with its beaches and shopping streets.

You will be located right in the centre of the Môle district and the allée de la Flânerie, 250 m from the beach and close to all shops. The Centre Port is a 7-minute walk away, and Aqua Land and Ile des Loisirs are a 15-minute walk away.

Bus stops for Agde and the station are a 5-minute walk away.  
You can park your car in the street around the residence free of charge, or you can use the La Clape car park 300 m from the flat.

A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the secure online service Swikly, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
