Apartment for 4 people, situated Residence La Croisette in Cap d'Agde, 100m from the beach La Plagette. 2nd floor, without lift. View of the channel. Living room with sofa-bed. Renovated kitchen area. Night area with a 140cm bed and a cabine with bunkbeds. Separate bathroom and WC. Loggia. Parking n°65.  
  
Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
