Ground floor : living room, fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.), shower room with wc, terrace. Upstairs: sleeping area with king size bed and sofa, shower room with wc. 2nd small terrace. Garage N°1\. Privileged access to the swimming pool at the nearby Eve Hotel (subject to availability).  
  
Tourist tax to be paid 2.30 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros (sauf clients Poplidays). Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11 : 00\. Optional breakfast 19 euros. Insurance : from 3 nights, please send us your Civil Responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros (sauf clients Poplidays).
