Property is great but the service is extraordinary

The property is huge, in a great location, and a good mix of active and relaxing options (Sky Lounge when you want to tear up the dance floor Kate or Le Blanc if you want a more mellow evening on the sand). What stood out the most though is the staff. Muhammed and Karim helped me with my bags, walked around the unit to make sure everything was in good working order, nd gave me tips on where to go. Omar, the reception on the Casa Mia side was just as impressive. Wow! The highest rating possible for service without question for me.

Disappointing

Terrible place when we arrived. Dusty, nit cleaned properly, a plate of anchovies with ants was on the balcony, the stove did not work, the bathroom sink was clogged, the bathroom door was jammed. Our bed and pillows smelled like dust and had to be changed. The maid and maintenance came and fixed the problens. There was no elevator as advertised. The marina was a beatiful sight. That will be the last time I will stay there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Topp personale, litt slitt hotell, dårlig med kjøkkenutstyr men så rimelig å gå ut å spise på restaurant at dette ikke gjorde noe. Fantastisk strand og resepsjonen var veldig behjelpelige med å finne utflukter til vår familie. Rommene har fin utsikt. Alle kjempefornøyde.

Localisation de l’hôtel pratique. Propreté des chambres à revoir, aucune poubelle dans les salles de bain ou la cuisine. Ménage fait à moitié. Ne vaut pas son nombre d’étoiles. La piscine se trouve de l’autre côté de la marina donc pas pratique du tout!

Apartment was in the perfect location. As described in other reviews, the view from the balcony on one side of apartment was the fabulous beach and other balcony on other side was the marina. Have to be totally clear that all the rooms / apartments are in different blocks which is not what i expected, and was expecting hotel type suite in a conventional hotel, but was not the case. The blocks are 3 or 4 stories high and spread over a big area with the marina in the middle - no lifts at all if that is important to you. Apartment very clean and serviced daily. only negative i would say is there was no iron + board, or electric kettle, but had micro wave and dishwasher, one of the bathrooms did not lock. But apart from that location was absolutely spot on with fabulous views out of both side of the apartment. all eating place very close and also alot people coming towards the marina as it is so nice.

This is a nice modern hotel. Our room was large with a terrace that overlooked the ocean and swimming beach, and had a full kitchen. The location is convenient for walking to the nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment. While we didn't have much interaction with the staff, the front desk people and bellman were very friendly and spoke English.

Itchy bed

The location is excellent but the mattress is not clean. We have tried three different rooms, all of them have a serious problem with the bed cover and mattress!! Our skin was itchy during our stay!
