"The location was convenient, and we appreciated the parking recommendation and discount. The full washer and dryer, along with the other appliances, were also a nice touch and would be especially helpful for a longer stay. The digital key made coming and going simple, and the front desk staff was friendly, though not always especially helpful. That said, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. There were no pillow cases or duvet cover (or top sheet) for the bed, and there wasn’t a full set of linens for the pullout couch. The sheets that were provided were stained. We also found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, and there was no trash bag/liner in the kitchen. It was also clear the unit had not been deep cleaned in quite some time—just walking around in socks left them noticeably dirty. Our biggest issue was that the property is advertised and photographed as if it’s a much nicer stay than it actually is. If it were presented more honestly as a budget-friendly option—more of a step above a hostel—our expectations would have been different. The biggest improvement needed is better setting expectations for what guests are actually walking into."

"Apartment was cute as described. Easy parking available on the street. Check-in process was smooth with great communication from host. All expected items were included in the apartment. Would stay here again. "

"Back gate has a separate code. You need to drive down a dirt alley way to get to it and must be opened from the outside. Very clean and owner was always checking in. Area look shady when we pulled up. We locked the car in the gate when we were there. Front and back yard still under construction. Owner is going to finish that soon. Very close to downtown area which was a plus for us. Inside is amazing. Ceiling Fans do not stay on when the room light switch is off, owner looking into this. Extra blankets in the closet. Very quiet inside and cozy. Would stay here again. There are stairs going up a level by front door and two sets of stairs to get down to open the gate in back of the house. Having house codes was great! TV remote was hard to find but found it in table shelf by couch. Price was a bit high for the area but inside was done so nicely it was worth it."

"Check in was easy, convenient location. We did pop a breaker when we used the space heaters, once we moved one to the kitchen area and had one in the bedroom it was fine and we had no other problems."
