"Had an amazing stay at Kenzi Rose Garden! The hospitality is truly top class, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was very spacious, and I’m especially thankful for the effort made to make my anniversary trip so special with such a top-notch room. It really added a memorable touch to our stay. A special mention to Siham — she is very knowledgeable and guided us to some great spots for shopping and hanging around. Such a jolly and warm person, she made our experience even better! The buffet food was also excellent, offering a great variety to suit everyone’s taste. The location is perfect — about a 30-minute walk to the souks and just 5–10 minutes to Menara Mall, Nobu rooftop restaurant, and Louis Vuitton for shopping. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech!"

"The staff at this property are among the best I have ever come across in all of my travels. These people absolutely go above and beyond do everything to make you happy and comfortable. I cannot say enough about them. The facilities are amazing, including the rooftop. So many places to sit and they’re arranged in such a lovely fashion. The little bar on the first floor with the fireplace, was something we enjoyed every single day with a glass of wine. The property is absolutely beautiful. Our only issue was our room had a very odd and unpleasant smell. No matter how much we tried to air it out, it didn’t seem to go away. In addition to that, our air conditioner in the bedroom, also put off and unpleasant smell, so we had to stop using it. Finally, the bathroom did not feel very clean and I did not want to walk around without shoes on, and the shower does not have a door, so there is a propensity to get the floor pretty wet. (And they will not give you e tea towels) The handheld shower was almost falling off of the wall, so we had to hold it, which makes hair washing difficult. Oh and the handheld will scald you if you have the temp on too hot. No scald controls. (We just laughed about that part, TBH). I would still recommend because the staff and main areas are so wonderful. And the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant/ courtyard are absolutely wonderful. "
