"We had a wonderful stay at The Taj. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, which made exploring so easy. The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent throughout our visit. I made use of the spa and truly enjoyed the treatment, which was deeply relaxing and a real highlight. A lovely touch was the friendship bracelets on arrival. I still have mine and it is such a special reminder of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything was in good working order, in what I think was the best area to stay in Marrakech. We were able to easily walk everywhere from this central location, and felt very safe near high end hotels. Lovely part of town. The room has a small fridge and microwave, so we made our breakfast. "Was really happy with my choice of hotel. The best parts were the staff and the restaurant - I found out that they have their own garden where they grow the fruit for the breakfast buffet. Special mention also the gym where the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across - really really excellent customer care - thank you Connie! There is a noisy road outside, and when I was staying there were some roadworks too, only a problem if you are working from the hotel. It's also on a busy junction so access at rush hour can be a bit slow. Despite that, I would return here, just for the breakfast and the overall customer service. "

Everyone is so hospitable and from Patricia who waited nearly two hours to collect us from the airport after very long queues at immigration and customs to the concierge Joseph helped us organize an excellent driver and happily answered our many questions.
