"I did not look out for activities for the young but for a farmer's son I enjoyed observing the animals, was interested in the wine tasting that visitors from out of the country were taking part in. The bed had only one bedside light which hindered reading for lack of light."

"We had a great stay at Moorcroft for two nights. Couple of tips: 1) Exit at Howick off N3 as the roads are paved, 2) Bring rain gear as it rained quite a bit when we were there, 3) Aim to arrive before sunset as it gets quite dark on the roads, 4) The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. and there aren’t too many options nearby.
