Staff could not have been more helpful, and the facilities in this small hotel were great for a short stay. We arranged car hire through the front desk, asked questions, borrowed beach towels, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was unusually extensive for Greece as well.

Prime location. Very central and everything is walking distance. Hotel inside is clean and spacious enough. The elevator was slightly annoying, sometime elevator doors on other floors are not shut properly therefore the elevator will not come down. This led to us walking with our suitcase upstairs upon arrival.
Highly recommend staying here. Very convenient.

Located down a small street, the apartment was perfectly located for nearby restaurants and wine bars. Apartment was really clean and modern and had a great shower too. Would highly recommend and would also stay there again if visiting Athens. Worth noting that it also has a great roof terrace which is a perfect place to sit with a coffee and pastry from the nearby Toucan Coffee shop.

We had the Acropolis Loft room which was modern, well maintained and had a lovely terrace with views to the Acropolis.
Breakfast was well organised and plentiful each morning.
Staff were delightful and friendly.

A beautiful property which is very well located for seeing the sights of Athens. It was possible to walk everywhere of interest from the hotel and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We stayed in a suite with ample room which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good, the only downside being the limitation on refills of anything other than filter coffee. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Athens.

91 Athens riviera is a high end resort and private members club with top class facilities. The team on site are very friendly and helpful and really look after guests during the stay responding instantly to any enquiry or request via WhatsApp. The domes are very comfortable, spacious and well equipped including everything you would possibly need. There are two large pools and a private beach area which are great and we had a brilliant stay.

Lovely room, lovely personable reception lady at reception. I know her name to pronounce, but don’t want to embarrass myself trying to write it. Really couldn’t have been any more friendly or accomodating. Great stay all round...not to mention tne great price.

As central as it gets. Lovely room with ac and a lovely large comfy bed. My only complaint I think the Fridge was turned off by the previous occupant and I couldn’t get it back on. Also suggestion that the property should give you some sachets of milk for the coffee machine. The room smelled of drains when I went out and left the window closed and the ac off but I think the property likely has similar issues to the rest of central Athens. Went away when the ac was turned on

We've had a great time at the hotel - gge rooms are fantastic - big, clean and very well equipped, the bacony with the full sea-view is great, the Spa facilities and indoor pool are excellent, Breakfast and dinner options are very good, and the service is in the level you can expect from such an exclusive hotel.
Our only comment is the lack of activities and late opening hour (11:00) of the Spa and indoor pool in off-season times.

I love the COCO-MAT chain of hotels, and have now made it my mission to stay in all of them! This one is in a great location in Kolonaki, surrounded by bars and restaurants with fantastic friendly staff, and a great city view from the roof terrace. The breakfasts are great, and the hotel is small and relaxed.

Excellent stay here, great value for money. If you can, upgrade to a suite as you get a lot more space including depth seating area, fridge (not mini bar!) and a window. Some rooms (standard) do not come with windows but all are fully air conditioned. Entry to building and rooms is by code only, so no key cards to remember when leaving.

Perfect hotel! Only thing we might say is to note there are about 70 steps leading from hotel to beach. Apart from that it was faultless and staff were just great!
