"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm, vor allem dank des meist sehr freundlichen Personals. Man fühlte sich willkommen und bekam Hilfe bei Fragen.
Leider gab es am letzten Tag ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Da wir sehr früh abreisen mussten (06:30 Uhr) und das Frühstück erst um 07:00 beginnt, fragten wir am Vortag, ob wir früher frühstücken dürfen. Uns wurde das klar zugesagt.
Am Morgen wusste jedoch weder die Küche noch die Rezeption etwas davon. Wir wurden mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass...
