This bright basement apartment offers 60 square metres of space for up to 5 guests. The large double bed in the bedroom has enough room for an additional baby bed, which we’re happy to provide upon request. The open-concept living-dining area features a comfortable fold-out bed, and the daybed sofa can be converted into a double bed.

The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cooler days, and the view from all windows looks out onto the greenery of the garden. A private guest terrace (not directly accessible from the apartment) is available for use; smoking is permitted there. A gas grill is available free of charge.

The kitchen offers everything you need, including spices, vinegar & oil, coffee, and tea. Towels and bed linens are included in the price.

Board games and a flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for films, TV shows, streaming, and books provide entertainment between outings. Business travellers can work comfortably at the large dining table thanks to fast Wi-Fi.
